Transport Clerk

Igloo are recruiting for a Transport clerk for one of our clients based in Luton, Bedfordshire This is an exciting opportunity to join an ever-growing company as they secure new work in the area.

The company is a nationwide automotive company who organise the distribution of automotive products throughout the UK and Europe.

The Job Role

• Late Shift, working 16:00 till 00:00, But this may change depending on the business needs
• Dealing with HGV lorry drivers on a daily bases, handing out keys and paperwork, chasing drivers out on runs
• Organising any extra runs that come on
• Keeping records of trailers and units on site
•  Maintain KPI records

The Candidate

• Experience within a transport environment
• Happy to work in a busy office
• Confident speaking to customers and driver
• Has knowledge of Microsoft packages

Pay
the pay rate for this role will be £11.50 Per hour.
